The Hercules Services and Site (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) is operated as a decentralized and non custodial application, all Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) are autonomous between user and the deployed software and smart contracts.

The Services, to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations, will comply with data protection, anti-money laundering, and counter terrorism financing protection requirements using available technology that integrates smart contract functions interoperable with the functions of the Services accessible on the Hercules Interface.
