The Hercules Services and Site (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) is operated as a decentralized and non custodial application, all Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) are autonomous between user and the deployed software and smart contracts.
The Services, to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations, will comply with data protection, anti-money laundering, and counter terrorism financing protection requirements using available technology that integrates smart contract functions interoperable with the functions of the Services accessible on the Hercules Interface.

When you interact with the Services, the Hercules Interface may collect certain personal information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, wallet address, or other contact details. Transaction Data: As a decentralized application, Hercules does not have access to or store your transaction data.
