What is the Hercules Launchpad?

The Hercules launchpad provides the foundation and tools for projects wishing to launch on the Metis ecosystem. The launchpad currently uses the fair launch model, but can also be customized to a specific hard cap or whitelist, etc.

What is the Launchpad plugin?

Users who allocate xTORCH to the launchpad plugin receive benefits when projects are launched through the Hercules launchpad, these may include whitelist spots, discounts, airdrops, and other perks. Additionally, Hercules partners may also offer benefits to plugin allocators externally.

To utilize this plugin, a user needs to only allocate xTORCH to the launchpad plugin.

Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) refers to the market cap of a project once all its tokens have been released into circulation. It is an estimation of a project's future market capitalization.

Does the Hercules team audit the projects looking to use the Launchpad?

Hercules is a permissionless protocol designed to support the Metis ecosystem. This however means that Hercules does not verify or endorse a project's security or safety. While Hercules does try to ensure all projects are legitimate, there are still risks associated with participating in presales and launchpad projects. Hercules strongly encourages users to do their own research and assess the possible risks before participating in any launchpad sales.
